1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and milyon888 ("milyon888," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the milyon888 website located at milyon888.co, all related mobile applications, software, and associated gaming services (collectively, "the Services").
milyon888 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities offered through milyon888 are conducted within the framework established by PAGCOR's licensing and operational requirements applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
By accessing the milyon888 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether in real money or otherwise — you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all incorporated policies such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.
Important: This Agreement is provided in English. In cases where milyon888 provides translations for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
2 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming Services on milyon888, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all milyon888 accounts:
- You may hold only one (1) active milyon888 account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts by any means — including but not limited to using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, current, and truthful. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. milyon888 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milyon888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. milyon888 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been performed by you personally.
- milyon888 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where it suspects fraudulent intent, regulatory non-compliance, or any breach of this Agreement.
- Account registration is available only to natural persons. Corporate entities, partnerships, or organizations may not register accounts.
3 Age Verification & Know Your Customer (KYC)
MANDATORY AGE REQUIREMENT: In strict compliance with PAGCOR regulations, access to real-money gaming on milyon888 is limited exclusively to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account's active status. Registration or play by persons under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of Philippine gaming law.
milyon888 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. All Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds and may be required to do so at the time of registration or any point during their account lifecycle.
Accepted KYC documents for Philippine players include but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. - Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by milyon888 will result in a hold on withdrawal processing until verification is successfully completed.
- Providing false, forged, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offense under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- milyon888 may conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts showing unusual transaction patterns, large transactions, or other indicators that trigger review under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program.
4 Deposits & Payments
milyon888 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. This list is subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the milyon888 Cashier section.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 (Philippine Peso) or the equivalent in applicable cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier and may vary by payment method and account tier.
- GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times. milyon888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages outside our control.
- Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account holder differs from the milyon888 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees, with the account reviewed for compliance.
- milyon888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
- milyon888 complies with all PAGCOR and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) requirements relating to electronic payment transactions. All deposit transactions are subject to AML monitoring in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
5 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of available balances (excluding any locked bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on milyon888:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 or the equivalent in applicable cryptocurrency. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier.
- Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a PAGCOR-mandated anti-money laundering requirement.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC will experience delays until verification is successfully concluded.
- milyon888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty (20) minutes for GCash and Maya under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or for requests requiring additional compliance review.
- milyon888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to ten (10) business days if a withdrawal triggers enhanced AML review, the account has unresolved KYC issues, or milyon888 has reasonable grounds to investigate potential bonus abuse, fraud, or other prohibited conduct.
- Deposit bonuses that have not met their associated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Only funds constituting verifiable real-money deposits and legitimately settled winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
milyon888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- Unless specifically stated, bonuses may only be used on eligible games. Some game categories — or specific games within a category — may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.
- milyon888 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; wagering patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming activity; and coordinated use of bonuses between multiple players. Detection of any such conduct will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account termination.
- milyon888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally possible. milyon888 also reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from individual players at its sole discretion if there is evidence of misuse.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering completion terms.
Responsible Gaming Note: milyon888 encourages all players to evaluate bonus terms carefully before opting in. Wagering requirements associated with bonuses extend total gaming time and total amounts wagered. Players who prefer to manage their gaming budgets without bonus conditions may opt out of any promotion by contacting milyon888 support before a bonus is credited.
7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All games offered on milyon888 — including live dealer casino games, slots, Bingo, Tongits Go, and Astar Live — operate under the specific rules published within each game's interface. The following general principles apply across all milyon888 gaming activities:
- Bets are final once confirmed by the milyon888 system. Players may not cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except in circumstances explicitly permitted by game rules (e.g., the ability to reduce a bet before the dealing deadline in certain table game variants).
- In the event of a disconnection, technical error, or system failure occurring during an active game round, milyon888's system will record the last confirmed game state. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on milyon888's side, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. Where the game round has fully resolved before the technical fault, the recorded result stands.
- milyon888 reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: technical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds or payouts; system exploitation; collusion between players; or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the gaming outcome.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are displayed within the game interface. milyon888 may adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice.
- All milyon888 games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios with multi-camera surveillance. milyon888's game results are not manipulable by any party, including milyon888 itself.
8 Prohibited Conduct
Zero Tolerance: Violation of any of the prohibitions listed in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real money deposits and winnings, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milyon888 platform:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the milyon888 platform in any non-human manner.
- Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, seat coordination in poker variants, and pre-arranged card sharing in live dealer games.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, loopholes, or glitches in any milyon888 game or platform feature. Discovery of any such vulnerability must be reported to milyon888 immediately; exploitation of a known vulnerability is grounds for account termination regardless of whether financial harm resulted.
- Use of the milyon888 platform for money laundering, structuring of financial transactions, or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, or any applicable Philippine law relating to the proceeds of crime or terrorism financing.
- Registration or continued use of a milyon888 account by a person under the age of 21 years.
- Registration or continued use of a milyon888 account by a person who is subject to a self-exclusion order, either through milyon888's own responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's exclusion registry.
- Chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, or disputes filed with payment processors in bad faith after receipt of gaming services. milyon888 will contest all chargeback attempts and reserves the right to pursue recovery of lost amounts through appropriate legal channels.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the milyon888 platform — including but not limited to the milyon888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of milyon888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
milyon888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, or otherwise use any milyon888 intellectual property without prior written authorization from milyon888.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by milyon888 and its licensors.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, milyon888's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
milyon888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of gaming winnings arising from events beyond milyon888's reasonable control; or any commercial or economic loss of any nature.
- milyon888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. milyon888 is not liable for losses sustained during such periods.
- Gaming on milyon888 involves financial risk. milyon888 expressly disclaims any responsibility for any financial loss, debt, psychological harm, or personal circumstance arising from a Player's decision to gamble. Players participate entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gaming decisions.
- milyon888's liability for any proven failure to pay a legitimately won wager shall be limited to the amount of the outstanding payout only.
11 Responsible Gaming
milyon888 is committed to responsible gaming. We operate within PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and take our obligations under that framework seriously. If you or someone you know may have a problem with gambling, please review this section carefully.
milyon888 strictly enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum gambling age of twenty-one (21) years. Age verification is conducted during account registration and may be repeated at any time during a Player's active account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all milyon888 Players at no cost and upon simple request through the account settings or customer support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your milyon888 account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

- Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend your milyon888 account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down period, your account cannot be accessed for gaming or deposits.

milyon888 reserves the right to implement responsible gaming interventions on accounts showing patterns indicative of problem gambling — including unsolicited deposit limits or mandatory breaks — in compliance with PAGCOR's player protection guidelines. 12 Account Suspension & Termination
Either party may terminate the gaming relationship at any time. Players may close their milyon888 account by contacting customer support, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions and outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
milyon888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
- Non-completion of KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
- A direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement agency to suspend or terminate the account.
- Identification of the account holder as a person subject to self-exclusion or a minor.
- Prolonged account inactivity as defined in milyon888's dormant account policy.
Upon account termination for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, milyon888 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money deposits, pending bonuses, and pending withdrawals. Where termination results from milyon888's operational decisions rather than Player misconduct, real-money deposits less any applicable transaction costs will be returned to the Player's verified payment account.
13 Amendments to This Agreement
milyon888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to financial terms, eligibility conditions, or withdrawal policies — milyon888 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification within the platform or by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number or email address on file.
Non-material changes, such as grammatical corrections, clarifications, or editorial revisions that do not substantively alter your rights or obligations, may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change.
Your continued use of milyon888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately close your account and cease using the Services prior to the effective date of the change.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of milyon888 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be addressed through milyon888's internal dispute resolution process. Players with a grievance must submit a formal written complaint to milyon888 customer support. milyon888 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through milyon888's internal process, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms are available to Philippine players in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. Legal proceedings shall be initiated exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
